Discus and support xbox not access to my account even it connect to internet in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; it give me error i have internet connect on xbox it do update after that it ask me to enter my account pass then it fail to login i didnt have proplem...     Yes, my computer definitely works fine with access to internet, even my android phone can access it.

    Am having problem with both Wi-Fi and Ethernet cable access from my Xbox only. It connects to the network and connects to PC too. But internet access does not happen.

    Cannot connect to EA Access Hub X1

    My xbox one is having problems with EA. I have never been able to connect to Need For Speed Rivals. And now with the new EA Access Hub, I cannot connect to EA servers to even create an account.

    All my other X1 online activity and gaming is fine. I can play multiplayer Titanfall and all other games no problem. But the stupid EA thing is clearly an issue. The NAT is open and all internet connections are just fine.

    Hey there SARWAT!

    Sorry to hear you are running into these problems. When the login fails do you receive an error message or code? If you are not seeing an error message try going through your Network Settings and "Test
    Network Connection    " to see if there is any error messages. If there is an error message go through the Basic Network Troubleshooting for that Exact message.

    Didn't ask about multiplayer. I'm saying my account requires me to connect to Xbox live to be able to open up the games even if I'm signed in and not connected to the Internet it will give me an error message. If they are shutting down the servers I'm assuming I will not be able to connect to Xbox live anymore meaning it will not allow me access to the games.
