Buona sera, è da un po' che ormai la mia Xbox non mi rileva le cuffie, appena le inserisco non si sente e non posso parlare, ho provato ad usarle su un pc con Windows 10 con lo stesso Pad e lì tutto funziona, cosa posso fare?

Hello Blade,

There are issues with the 3.5mm controller jack. If you have a chat pad or an adapter you can try the headset with one of these. They seem to be a workaround with this issue. Microsoft is also aware of the issue and are working on it.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. I had it resolve that issue for me. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
