    I don't know if the xbox servers are not working in the UK but i tried to log in on my xbox one and there were not profile pictures just the names and when i tried to log it it would log forever, i've restarted and it is still broken can't log in or make a new profile

    I am able to get a connection so i don't believe this is the case as i am able to watch netflix on the xbox.
