Xbox no longer connecting to the tv

Hi All. My son's xbox doesn't connect to the tv anymore after not having been turned on for a long time. There's just no connection at all. The xbox is on but doesn't send any information to the tv. The exact same setup used to work. There is nothing wrong with either of the 2 hdmi cables I have tried to use as I have tested them on other equipment and they work fine. I have tried to contact xbox support for a callback but I keep getting the message 'We’re unable to process your request for a call back. Please try again later.' or 'Something went wrong on our end. We’re working on it.' Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

No this didn't work. Any other suggestions?

Try performing the hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.

Thanks for replying to keep us updated. Since it seems like your TV isn't receiving signal from your console, you may wish to try using some of the other solutions available as listed in our support article entitled

Troubleshooting a blank TV screen or monitor while your Xbox One is on. It will definitely get you steered into the right direction.

Hello!

Since you've already disconnected it from power, tried a different cable & TV, and attempted the USB flash, you've exhausted just about all of the options. You could attempt to turn on the console and stream it to a windows 10 device using the Xbox App (there's
an option to connect to your system and then stream it as long as they are on the same network.) You could test/troubleshoot if the menus come up, but I'm guessing most likely you're going to have to get it repaired/replaced.
