    Didnt really know where to post this but I would really like for an Xbox Representative to respond to this because this is a question that has been bothering me about the new Xbox Avatars. Now I currently am in the Skip Ahead Alpha Preview Ring so I have
    gotten to test out your new design & everything looks great. But will all of the old clothing, outfits, & gear for the Original Xbox Avatars be redesigned and brought over to the new clothing, outfits, & gear for the New Xbox Avatars? I just like many
    others have some exclusive avatars for going to E3 years back and Gamescom that I currently use on my Old Avatar that I would like to see be redesigned and brought over. Also I have some outfits that I played for that I really want brought over not to mention
    some of them that you got from doing specific achievements. Thank you for your time. If your a Moderator for Xbox on these forums could you please get this over to someone who could answer this.

    I don't know what's going on with Xbox Avatars. I'm seeing small updates for Xbox Avatar Editor App. Xbox needs to explain this on their YouTube Channel. Xbox Avatars needs a massive update ASAP !

    New Xbox Avatars Release

    Hello,

    I was informed the new xbox avatars have been released, and did some research to find that claim to be true. I also heard that you were greeted with a prompt to create the new avatars when booting up your xbox.

    The prompt has not appeared for me (or I might've missed it) and am wondering if there is another way to create the new xbox avatars? I cant seem to find anyone asking this question so I thought I would ask it myself. I currently have the xbox original avatar
    app downloaded and think that may be the problem and reason why I can not get the new xbox avatar app.

    How to Delete my Avatar on Xbox Avatar Editor

    If you are on the Xbox One, all you can do is create a new avatar, by launching the app, select settings, and create a new avatar.

    If you are on the Xbox 360, then the best way is to launch the Xbox Original Avatar app on Windows 10, and select settings and create a new avatar.

    It might be because you need the new style of avatar for some clothes

    If you want to update your new Xbox Avatar, we’ve created an app for that: the

    Xbox Avatar Editor    .

    However, if you want to continue using your existing avatar and any of the content you’ve purchased or been awarded for it, you can do that in the

    Xbox Original Avatars     app.

    Deck out your Xbox Original Avatar, and then import it to take the place of your gamerpic or new avatar.
    To import your original avatar:

    1. Launch the Xbox Avatar Editor app.
    2. Select Xbox Original Avatar, then choose your original avatar.
    3. Select Import.

    Give it a few seconds, and voil ! Your Xbox Original Avatar once again represents you across Xbox.
    If you want to use your Xbox Original Avatar as your gamerpic, use the Xbox Original Avatars app. Only the new avatars are able to use the Photobooth feature in the Xbox Avatar Editor.

    Thank you for contacting Forum support!

    The Xbox had a new update that allows users to also "Update their Avatar! The new avatar does have its own store for new items and props as well. (Made specifically for the new avatar)

    Should you feel you want to use the Older items that ware purchased, you will have to download

    Xbox Original Avatars     and use the original avatar. Check out
    Where’s my old avatar stuff?
