Xbox Networking, NAT Type Open, but Server connectivity Blocked

Hello, I will thank you now for your time this I believe is unsolvable, prove me wrong?

So, of course I have done a lot of troubleshooting already and this is what I have done:

I followed this:

Which lead me to this after not being helpful:

Which of course was also unhelpful so I followed some advice that it said it may be a update that I need so I tried updating and it failed like it had been for a while. Now that is not a problem completely clean installed windows and updated it and it did
not help.

Also few things that I think are notable:

*ATT internet w/ Arris BGW210-700 Gateway

*Have done both port forwarding and Dmz (of course not together and both work fine)

*I can play xbox games and even match make/talk in game, just cant accept invites and parties

*Have tried ethernet and wifi (idk why just thought maybe at this point)

*Last thing is I see party/game invites but when i click the check it opens xbox chat but not the party and when I click check on game invites it just does nothing. LFG works but without invites/parties it is worth less

Now my nat type says open but my server connectivity is blocked

Tried everything on that page too, nothing worked. One thing I forgot to mention though: in the Xbox networking section of the Settings, it initially lists both the NAT Type and Server connectivity as blocked. However when I click fix it and then check again, the NAT Type is no longer blocked, it then says Moderate. Though Server connectivity is still blocked, and when I restart my computer NAT Type goes back to being blocked.

If this keeps happening you might need to factory reset your computor.

Rather than individually forwarding all of those ports, I would recommend configuring your FRITZ!Box to enable UPnP for your PC. This will allow Windows 10 to automatically tell the FRITZ!Box exactly which ports it needs to have open, when it needs them,
and then to close the ports back down again when they're not needed any more.

In your FRITZ!Box go to: Home Network > Network, find your PC on the list and click its "Edit" icon, then enable the "Permit independent port sharing for this device" setting.

Hopefully this will improve things for you. I can confirm that on my own network with this setting enabled (and the Teredo filter enabled, the FRITZ!Box default), my Xbox reliably shows NAT as "Open" so it should do the trick for Windows as well.

I have an idea, can you connect your console wireless using your smartphone as a router via tethering? In this way you can try with a different/new connection, so if the problem persist, maybe is console related, if in this way all works fine, you know that
is a "your local network" problem and the console works.

Just to be sure in what direction you must move, ok?
