    Xbox network transfer


    Hello.

    We have an Xbox one s and a new Xbox one s both attached wirelessly to our home network. We are trying to move over the games etc using the network transfer facility however when I select the data host device (the old xbox one s) we get the error Check The
    Other XBox. The same thing happens from the new xbox one s. Can anyone resolve this please?

    Thanks for your post. I understand you are experiencing an issue with downloading games on your Xbox Ones. You can locally transfer games using the Network Transfer feature on the Xbox One. To do so, check out this article:
