Xbox network "Teredo cannot not qualify itself" (translated) and server connectivity is blocked

Now my server connection is fine, but my NAT-Type is set to moderate.

I tried and the same thing happened, it keeps going to TEREDO is unable to qualify and the server connectivity is blocked but oddly enough every time I go to the XBOX networking setting, the NAT type is moderate and the server connectivity is blocked but then when I press fix it button, it goes to TEREDO is unable to qualify and server connectivity is blocked but sometimes the NAT type is moderate, I don't know how to explain it really, it just happens

Teredo is a networking protocol that’s used to establish secure communications between clients and servers, and to facilitate connectivity between devices behind routers that use network
address translation (NAT). Without a Teredo IP address, you’ll be unable to use party chat or do multiplayer gaming on Xbox Live. Generally, this is a setting in your router
or PC that can be toggled on/off.

To get your Teredo to qualify and open up server connectivity, I would recommend the troubleshooting solutions available from the following support articles to get yourself back on track:
