Xbox network status is extremely glitchy.

My Xbox randomly started having network issues of some sort. sometimes apps work sometimes they don't sometimes when you refresh a game enough you can get it to work and you'll randomly be kicked out. Sometimes you can join parties usually says connecting for a while. When inside of parties my entire Xbox will go offline but I can still talk and hear them and then I'll randomly go back online. I've cleared Mac, held down power button for 8 seconds and left it unplug, have done the newest update, did a full reset, and have tried to reconnect it to the router many times in various ways. My phone works fine on the Wi-Fi connection so I don't think it is connection issues. Just really sick of it not working thank you for your time.

Hello AshtonRoy, by your description you are using wi-fi, have tried using a cable connection to check if the instability continues, another thing you can do regarding wi-fi is to check the distance of your modem/router and your console depending on it it may suffer interference.

Also check that the two frequencies are active on your device, the 2.4Ghz and 5.0Ghz, the 5 is for smaller environments where the equipment is near the Modem.

Other thing you can check are also the channels of the equipment, usually they come in automatic, but can set as manual the wi-fi channel and test which one looks better.

Week later, same problem here, with cable connection. Did all the troubleshooting but obviously from Sooo many others complaints it's not on users ends!

Did it happen on any other games? I was playing Apex last night and the audio was a bit buggy whilst playing without the full update downloaded.

Hi there, can you try another headset or even headphone? perhaps your headset may be faulty

Try checking to see if there is an update for your console. If it is up to date check for any updates to you your controller. If you use a wireless headset check for an update there as well. I experienced an issue similar to what you're explaining and it
was a simple update issue for my control. I use a wired headset.
