    Xbox Network problems


    I have two Xbox one consoles. Both me and the owner of the other play on the same internet. I've noticed when other family members use wifi my console will constantly lag and be delayed. But his console will be perfect and have no issues. even when he isn't
    playing on the console and out of the house entirely I'm still lagging. I've even experienced lag when nobody in my house Is using the internet. But he whenever playing his console will never lag no matter how many people are on. I could really use some help
    other than people telling me to check my network statistics. I need solutions

    Nintendos network pales in comparison to Xbox Live. You get what you pay for.

    Don't have an answer but a similar problem , been using my new xbox 1 for a week no issues and last night while playing with buddies lost connection with them, and the system.. when finally rebooted and checked the multiplayer connect it says no teredo ip
    address.. yet it still lets me play on line multiplayer games just not with my buddies now!! plus the ping is either a red dot or 2 yellow bars.. i have xfinity and netgear too.. No issues at all with the 360 for years..

    Out of interest can you please let me know what firmware your router is running it will be shown on this screen of your router:-

    The WNDR3400 isn't on the Xbox certified list (it might not have been submitted for testing) but I like to keep a list of routers that do work that are not on that list, I can add it here then:-

    Are you able to try the ethernet cable to your Xbox? That would help us determine where the problem is. :)
