    Okay so i have been with xbox since i was about eight now my xbox one is having problems connecting to my internet. I have xfinity modem and a netgear router i went to reset my router and when i normally do this it works fine but now i cant even play on
    live my gamertag is: pls get back to me as soon as u can

    Xbox network problems

    Don't have an answer but a similar problem , been using my new xbox 1 for a week no issues and last night while playing with buddies lost connection with them, and the system.. when finally rebooted and checked the multiplayer connect it says no teredo ip
    address.. yet it still lets me play on line multiplayer games just not with my buddies now!! plus the ping is either a red dot or 2 yellow bars.. i have xfinity and netgear too.. No issues at all with the 360 for years..

    Out of interest can you please let me know what firmware your router is running it will be shown on this screen of your router:-

    The WNDR3400 isn't on the Xbox certified list (it might not have been submitted for testing) but I like to keep a list of routers that do work that are not on that list, I can add it here then:-

    Are you able to try the ethernet cable to your Xbox? That would help us determine where the problem is. :)
