Xbox-Network NAT-Type open and Server-connectivity blocked

Hey, I have problems with the connectivity of the xbox network to play forza horizon multiplayer on windows 10. When I check the network in the settings, I always get that the server connectivity is blocked. Sometimes the NAT-Type is open and sometimes
teredo cant be qualified. When i click "fix it" and check again, the NAT-Type is mostly fixed to open for some minutes. After some minutes it is not qualified again. The Server connectivity is always blocked.

I tried everything i found on the internet to fix it. I have no antivirus installed and uninstalled every vpn software and drivers from my computer. I reconfigured the network in the windows 10 settings and tried the following things in netsh:
- change client to enterprise, default, client
- set a client port that it is always the same port
- reset the teredo network

I forwarded all these ports to my computer:
- Port 88 (UDP)
- Port 3074 (UDP und TCP)
- Port 53 (UDP und TCP)
- Port 80 (TCP)
- Port 500 (UDP)
- Port 3544 (UDP)
- Port 4500 (UDP)
.. and disabled the teredo filter in my fritzbox.

I also tried it with my second internet connection (that have a other provider) with a different router with lan and wifi. With Mobile Data and hotspot via my phone it is also not working.

I found no solution for me in the microsoft forums

Tried everything on that page too, nothing worked. One thing I forgot to mention though: in the Xbox networking section of the Settings, it initially lists both the NAT Type and Server connectivity as blocked. However when I click fix it and then check again, the NAT Type is no longer blocked, it then says Moderate. Though Server connectivity is still blocked, and when I restart my computer NAT Type goes back to being blocked.

If this keeps happening you might need to factory reset your computor.

Rather than individually forwarding all of those ports, I would recommend configuring your FRITZ!Box to enable UPnP for your PC. This will allow Windows 10 to automatically tell the FRITZ!Box exactly which ports it needs to have open, when it needs them,
and then to close the ports back down again when they're not needed any more.

In your FRITZ!Box go to: Home Network > Network, find your PC on the list and click its "Edit" icon, then enable the "Permit independent port sharing for this device" setting.

Hopefully this will improve things for you. I can confirm that on my own network with this setting enabled (and the Teredo filter enabled, the FRITZ!Box default), my Xbox reliably shows NAT as "Open" so it should do the trick for Windows as well.

I have an idea, can you connect your console wireless using your smartphone as a router via tethering? In this way you can try with a different/new connection, so if the problem persist, maybe is console related, if in this way all works fine, you know that
is a "your local network" problem and the console works.

Just to be sure in what direction you must move, ok?
