    I'm sorry for that, Tasha but it seems like you may need to get the console repaired since we have performed all the necessary steps.

    Tried the whole download again.

    Appeared to be working.

    Checking for updates.

    Then we get there was a a problem again.

    Wired and wireless connections are fine.

    We were not able to get the contoller to move from continue to the offline sytem update option.

    The contoller isn't on until the xbox is on and then it won't allow us to move across the screen.

    Make sure to follow the steps accordingly, including reformatting the drive to NTFS.
