XBOX Network Down??

I have internet connection. Turn on my xbox and no LIVE just a circle going round and round, can't sign-in and non of my apps respond...

Media player app / Windows 10 PC

I upgraded mine over the weekend and had to setup Media Sharing & Homegroup again and then the Xbox Media Player App displayed my Windows 10 Laptop.

Think all that is under Settings, Network & Internet and then Homegroup & Network & Sharing Centre. Make sure you share everything to your network and without a password enable.

360 Slim Doesn't See Network

My Xbox360 Slim wont see my wireless network. Every other device in my house connects to the network flawlessly. My Xbox occasionally sees my neighbours network. To be clear, it's not that my Xbox won't connect to the network, it usually claims there are no networks to connect to. Any help?

You should be fine to go ahead and try to connect to live again. However if you are still receiving issues please don't hesitate to pop back in here and say what's going on.

Always remember to keep an eye out on the service alert page (support.xbox.com/.../xbox-live-status) which will let you know if anything is going on with XBL.

Sadly Xbox support didn't provide further reasons of failure on the live services :c

We may need to wait until Microsoft engineers fix the problems
