    Xbox Network Connection


    I have a pretty high speed Xfinity internet package. I have my Xbox One X connected via a 3ft ethernet cable directly to the Xfinity “gateway.” Up until about 4 days ago eveything was peachy, but now the Xbox connection is trash.

    Download speeds are between 300Mbps-500Mbps

    Upload 0.2Mbps-3Mbps

    packet loss 2-20%

    Meanwhile, my iPhone 11 Pro Max connected to the same network worelessly is getting 400Mbps down and uploading at between 10-20Mbps.

    what gives??

    EDIT: Yes, i have done a hard reset on both the Xbox and the Modem, neither made a difference. I have changed DNS, my NAT type is set to open, i have gone through every troubleshooting step i can find.
