Alright Xbox you obviously see your banning system is flawed, and what gets me the most is you tell everyone to go to the enforcement page which does nothing for the user, if you would just help people on the forums you wouldn't have groups of people because
you clearly see this is the only way to get our word out. Let's say you do see this if you would hire a groupfull of people to handle the forums and actually engage with the user you wouldn't have a list full of people complaining because let's say for example
someone got banned went to the forums saw that someone else has a similar or the same problem, they could read the discussion and possibly fix their situation, all saying is there needs to be a change I got communication banned for two days because of one
guy signing into multiple accounts spamming reports against me.

The enforcement page actually fixes your situation

And no it doesn't work the way you think it does

One any service psn wow Xbox etc etc have moderated forums or method to ask about enforcement issues

2 you might want to read the mentioned enforcement page it will blow your mind how many of your myths are fake

3 spamming reports does nothing unless you actually violated the terms of use

It drops his accuracy for future reports and possible suspension for abusing the said feature

 

Multiple threads don't work because 1 most likely it's due to a fight or they don't believe cursing is a violation or they just ignore the terms of use and believes they can spam the forums to lift an suspension

And this only affects 1% of live why can't you be part of the othern99.9% of live and follow the rules itsnnot rocket science use common sense and you will enjoy life better not to mention any online services as the rules are the same regardless of what

Theynwont repeat violations just mention what part of the rules you broke

If communications then you heed to remember communications must be rated e for everyone

One the reports can be from weeks ago or months as it does take time depending on severity of the investigation

They think oh I wasn't on last night when I was banned

They don't realize it could've been from weeks ago

Spamming forums isn't the way to go

Following the said link in the enforcement MSG is the only way to resolve your issue

If your case review was turned down that's it you can't ask again

If you failed the questionnaire then you need to update your thinking as the questions are from the terms of use
