Xbox needs to get their community under control NOW!

I was scrolling through the community feed looking for cool clips and screenshots from different games like Skyrim, Battlefield 1, Fallout 4 etc. And I saw nothing but Fortnite screenshots that were asking for Adds and likes on their different posts; However,
the return of doing these activities is nothing at all. To get people to actually like their activities and such is the promise of in game currency like V-Bucks for Fortnite, or getting added to this persons friend list, because they're really popular and
everyone wants to be on that "Exclusive" friends list.

If you even bother to look at the Community Feed (Which should be an option of discussion on these forums) you will see nothing besides:

1. Scams
2. Press X Posts
3. Fake models using catfish tactics to draw in children and other players that are not aware of what the person is trying to attain
4. "Add for free skins and in game currency"
5. And extremely toxic players insulting each other in comment sections

Nothing on the Community Feed is actually even good anymore and there are so many children that are vulnerable to all of these scams. If you bother to look at the comments you will see so many 10-13 year old kids begging to be added or asking to receive
what is promised in these posts. It has gotten so bad that a club called the Community Patrol Force has decided to form to stop all of Xboxs problems no matter the cost. There are almost 1000 active members in the club, and over 200 visits a day on average.

If you don't bother to fix the community it will become further more decadent and become something that is completely ravaged. If you throw all statistics together the community will end up just like how it was in 2010 when thousands lost their accounts
to Microsoft point scams and 10th prestige scams on Modern Warfare 2 and Halo 3. We are seeing a complete repeat of 2010-2012 right now in this community, and something needs to be done.

Xbox enforcement needs to start taking action against these people who consistently break the Terms Of Service and Code Of Conduct every single day, and expose themselves on the community feed. And you also need to make the File Complaint more prevalent
other than just communication bans, and cheating bans.

And in conclusion, this isn't just about Fortnite, it's about the entire community as a whole. Eventually, if people see how many scammers are getting access to others account information by asking on these posts with fake promises,
others will follow and then the community feed will be completely ruined. We need to do something about what is happening in this community fast, or there will be no more community, just nothing but scams.

Xbox Live Parent/child problem

In Forza Horizon 4 when I select community vinyls "This feature is block per your Xbox Live parental control settings.".

Long story short. The Xbox website says I need to have "parent permissions" to access the Xbox Live settings and then claims that I can change these in the family settings on the Microsoft website. On the Microsoft website under family, it claims that I
am a parent (and the only person in "my family", as it should be.)

So, as I see it somewhere between the Microsoft servers and the Xbox servers something went wrong and now I am unable to access the community paint jobs in Forza Horizon 4.

 

Very well written Rwandan Warlord, MS and those game developers really need to stand hand to hand to fight scammers, the best we both gamer can do is keep reporting them whenever we encounter them. ET is doing the best they can with so many reports per day.

I see what you mean, and its slowly been creeping in over the last two years. Ive had suspicious guys asking for a girlfriend on minecraft and a 50 year old asking me to join his minecraft club for kids. As for the catfish women
ive had them cause some stirs. you make some really good points and i hope it gets addressed fast but in most cases they haven't specifically broke terms of service so when i contacted staff about certain individuals theres not much they can do. but an updated
ToS that helps limit this would be great. I appreciate you looking out for our community
