Discus and support XBOX needs to fix their reporting feature in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Right so today my acounts comunication got suspended for a day i know it aint much but still im mad basicaly i messaged a guy that he is a looser for...     XBOX needs to fix their reporting feature


    Right so today my acounts comunication got suspended for a day i know it aint much but still im mad basicaly i messaged a guy that he is a looser for teaming in a game and he spam reported me for bullying and now im stuck with this after he sent me multiple
    messages like “Just reported you [Mod Removed - Profanity]” and other things like that including racist and homophobic slurs so i reported him back Xbox support then sent me an apeal email saying there wasnt enough evidence to support bullying

    so over all i get suspended for calling someone a looser and he gets away scott free after saying multiple slurs

    Great one Microsoft!

    Also i forgot to mention the fact they wont let me apeal it.

    You need to use the in game reporting feature on your xbox. Posting here will not get the results you want.

    Reporting with the xbox report feature goes directly to the enforcement team.

    Hi Funkier, That's good question. I would recommend submitting a feature request by reporting this feature need via Xbox App Beta using "Report a problem".

    XBOX needs to fix their reporting feature

    Every report gets investigated by XBLPET before a suspension is issued

    The enforcement team doesn't uses the forums and we can't help you with suspension issues

    Sorry to hear you're having this issue. This is an issue with the app itself, not with the Xbox. No need to sell the physical unit for an app issue. You can report this problem to Microsoft through the bug feedback feature.

    Eventually, with enough people reporting this problem, they will get to fixing it.
