Xbox Needs Support

Unfortunately the Xbox One is just as, if not more, worse off as it was when it released. I don't understand where Microsoft gets off at selling people consoles that do not fully work. It leaves me in awe. It's going on THREE years since the Xbox One was
initially released and we are STILL experiencing major problems. All we get from Microsoft/Xbox Support is that they're "working on it", when in reality there is NO precedence to get these issues fixed. I am constantly told that I need to connect to Xbox Live
when I can see and interact with my entire friends list, although it won't allow me to join parties. I'll try time and time again to reconnect to my Internet on my Xbox One console and it will give me a different error every time. It could be the NAT type,
a firewall, unable to obtain IP (although I gave my console a static IP), and any other number of connection problems. I went as far as contacting my ISP in regards to it and they said everything is up on their end and my end. Every other device and console
I own (Xbox 360 and PS4) connect to my Internet without a problem but alas, Xbox One is a failure. Then if it DOES connect fine to Xbox Live, there's other issues. It doesn't detect my wireless headset as an accessory/headset. It automatically uses my Kinect
as a microphone although my headset is linking to my profile and is working in perfect condition. Sometimes my Xbox doesn't detect my external hard drive that was create FOR the Xbox One. There's also CONSISTENT, DAILY problems with the Xbox Live service.
At least once a month, many people cannot access their digital games or apps. This also occurs with some disc users as well. Party chat and connecting everyone together in parties is an utter disaster. Xbox Parties support up to 10? (I believe) people, yet
there's unsurprisingly an issue with connection at any number of people. I've been told I was connecting to my OWN party while I was the ONLY person in the party (again, not my connection, my connection is perfectly fine).Party connection fails with around
5+ people. It'll say that multiple people are still trying to connect although they were just previously connected to the party, party chat itself may break up, people may lag out or the party will crash entirely.... There's constant issues with using the
digital store and other online features the Xbox offers...

It's absolutely pathetic and disgusting that Microsoft continues to rake in sales on a console that was so half-***'d and hardly works to its full potential most of the time. I've invested hundreds, even thousands, of dollars into the Xbox chain, but until
the Xbox One is finally fixed I can honestly say I'm switching over to PlayStation until then. I still cannot fathom that Microsoft has the audacity to sell a broken console that they've done nothing to fix.

I heard back from Hauppauge Support and they said they didn't know.
Which I thought was poor support, so will need to test it when I get my Xbox One, on Monday

It's possible your suspension has been extended due to other offences the enforcement team discovered while investigating your case.

The enforcement team don't use the forums so no one here can tell you anything.

If it isn't showing on the enforcement site then contact support
here & they may be able to tell you if you have an extension on your suspension but will not be able to do anything about it.

customer support here, and letting them know the frustrations you're experiencing.

 

Ive got 2 , had one since launch , no issues whatsoever no has any of my friends ....so if you are having a different experience , that is unfortunate , but I assure you , its not everybodys....
