XBOX Name Your Game Promotion Issues

Hello Users,

I've encountered a problem upon purchasing my Xbox One Name Your Game bundle a few days ago. The code that they provide me to redeem on the name your game website worked for me, but I never received the email with that 25 digit code that I was supposed to
receive for the specific game that I chose (Forza Motorsport 6 in this case). I've contacted Xbox support team once a day for 4 days now, and there still has been no resolution. The closest thing I got to a resolution is filling out the form on the Name Your
Game promotional contact us form (https://microsoft.promo.eprize.com/nameyourgame/faq.html?locale=en_US&country_code), hoping for a response. After
confirming the form, it said that it will take up to 3 days for a response. Curious if this includes weekend days (since Microsoft opens on the weekends). I sent my form in on Friday, hoping I get a response from the team tomorrow. Any ideas if anyone else
has run into this problem before or is familiar with the term "3 business days" (does it include weekends?) Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

I sorry you have had this issue with the code and with the support you have received so far on this matter

The name your game bundle is handled by a 3rd party team that you do contact on the site with the form you filled out. A reply is normally 3 days but it is bank holiday so do give it a few more days. Also from experience the issue with not getting the code
via email is that the email was sent but went to the spam folder so be sure to check that it will be from Helloworld so you may want to search that.

Business days is Monday-Friday. It does not include weekends.

 

i bought a xbox one with the name your game promo i redeemed the offer and have yet to recieve my download code its been a week now i contacted the microsoft store aswell as the customer support i also submitted a concern on a different forum

Thanks for keeping this thead alive because I have an IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT to make. Since publishing this post, I have keep in contact with Microsoft, but the promotional department NEVER responded. The only solution "Lola" from Microsoft support told
me to do was send more help forms, so I did. I sent a total of 3 on 3 seperate days, and none of the emails have gotten a response. If this is how Microsoft operates, by creating a half finished product to toss on the market and doesn't offer support, Im terrified.
HOWEVER, being as fortunate as I am, I did purchase the game myself. What I'm expecting out of this is HOPEFULLY compensation from Microsoft and DEFINITELY a bloody apology for all the troubles they have cause me by spending $350 on an XBOX One without a game
that it was supposed to come bundled with. Posted a review on the Amazon site, hopefully people stay away from this crap until Microsoft starts giving a crap about their customers. /endcomplaint

 

We are facing the same issue. We opened the Xbox on Friday and started setting up, no code came and I don't expect a response until next week. My son saved his money and was gifted the other half for his birthday and then was so disappointed to not be able
to open it and play on his birthday.

 

I just purchased a Xbox one with pick 1 game so i picked my game and its 4 days later and i still got a brand new xbox just sitting because i didnt get a game this is bull crap for this type of money you would think Microsoft would respond
