Xbox Name Your Game not emailing

So yesterday I bought the 329$ Xbox one with the Name your Game (choose 1 out of 4 games) code. I set up my xbox, updated everything, even played Destiny (it works fine). I decided to redeem the NyG code on the website, and I followed the instructions
exactly how it said. I put in the code and all the information and typed in the code. After I clicked redeem, it said it would send me an email in 5-10 minutes with the 25-digit code that I need to redeem in the store. 20 hours later, I still don't have it.
Any help?

Account Change Question...

Yes, if he changes the original name to something else you can then claim that name. What i would do is have him change the name now (it's 10$) and right after he changes or shortly after he changes it, go claim your name again with a new email (he can't change email that i know of).

This will save your name, your achievements are tied to your old account though, all digital purchases and achievements are on that account. If you want to give him your xbox, just have him setup a new account. If it's he wants your digital games, you can game share later.

It sounds confusing but it's easy come back when you get your new xbox and we can set you up with that too.

3) Select Your Information, and then go to Billing Information.

4) Sign In with your Microsoft account password.

5) Change your billing account information and then click Done.
