XBOX Name Your Game Issue"

I purchased an Xbox one one 3/2/16. The one I purchased came with a free game that was supposedly redeemable by entering a code on the Xbox name you game website. . I followed the directions and entered the code that came with the Xbox. The direction informed
me that another 25 digit code would be emailed to my [Mod Removed - Please do not post personal information on these public forums.]. I've waited hours and no code came. I called support and got the run around. I was told it could take up
to 24 hours.. yet I still have no code. The Xbox tech support guy who helped me said I could get it resent by a link he emailed me,which this is that link.. please help.. my patients is running thin..

"name your game" error

I tried to redeem the forza 6 on a "name your game" card that i bought in a pack with a new Xbox one. It said i was uneligible to redeem (im guessing its because im 14). Afterwards, I got dad to try with his account, and it said it was already redeemed.
now i cant access the game.

I've been dealing with this same issue since I bought our system 2/24/16. Still no code. I've been on multiple phone calls, six to be exact. I'm getting ready to return the system and just buy the white one with gears of war. At least that one comes with
one code and you don't have to do such a run around.
