Xbox name suspended... was referred here by xbox support to get undone

The enforcement team do not use the forums.

Investigations take time. Each report is investigated before an enforcement action is taken. Xbox does not advise you of who made the report or when it was made. You are not given specifics partly to ensure the privacy and safety of the person making the
report. So this may or may not be related to the gamer you think.

If another gamer is harassing you then you can report them and mute and block (but do not reply as that removes the block).

Just follow the Code of Conduct, it is that simple.

Reference numbers are only used by phone and chat support so they can look into your issue if you call back. Forum support does not have access to that system. You'll need to post details of your issue in order to receive assistance.

Since naming and shaming is against the rules here, doing so is more likely to get the person doing the name and shame suspended from here than it is the 'offender' from LIVE.

There is an "account suspended" forum but still get people making "why was I suspended" posts here and on XBL general discussion multiple times a day. Making a separate forum may get the occasional person who searches support forums first to not post in
here, but everyone else just jumps in here by default it seems and has to constantly be redirected. I refer to "name and shame" and "why was I suspended" posts, rather than general discussions about the topic in general. So I don't see it making a difference
as it does not seem to with other issues that literally have their own forum where you can get answers.
