    Xbox name change/backcompat problems


    i am sending this from an account other than my main in order to figure this out. My main account used to have the gamertag TerreneRocket5 and recently I have changed it to AnErrantKnight. The problem comes in when I attempted to play tf2 back compact and
    I noticed it was giving me a bunch of on screen notifications saying that TerreneRocket... A name that is no longer mine was signing in and out over and over this caused me to be unable to play my game. I would appreciate it if someone could help.

    Hey Minenate2014! Was it displaying your full original gamertag or just the TerreneRocket? Try another game and see if you are having the same issue as Team Fortress might have been referencing a Steam account. Post back and let me know!

    I apologize but there is no option to undo a Gamertag change, once you have already changed it the succeeding changes will require payment.
