    xbox myvip gems


    on my rewards page is says that i have no gems but under my missions i can find where it says i completed a mission and that i have 2 gems and the offer i completed should have also rewarded me 1000 credits which i also did not get and no where on my rewards
    page does it say anything about me being able to claim them.

    From our Terms and Conditions:

    Increase your Xbox Gamerscore

    For each incremental increase of your Xbox Gamerscore by 1,000, you will receive two (2) MyVIP Gems.

    Increase your Xbox Live Rewards MyAchievement Tier

    For each new Xbox Live Rewards MyAchievement tier you achieve, you will you will have sixty (60) days to claim your MyVIP Gems within your Account. By doing so, you will receive the following amount of MyVIP Gems:

    VIP reward not working?

    Unfortunately, since the program has ended in your region, you can no longer spend Gems or use the MyVIP Vault. As stated in the transition FAQ:

    What will happen to my Xbox Live Rewards MyVIP Gems, MyVIP Perks, and MyVIP Vault?You’ll have until May 31, 2018 to earn MyVIP Gems and unlock any new MyVIP Perks. You’ll then have until June 15, 2018 to claim any open MyVIP Perks and to redeem any unused
    MyVIP Gems in your Xbox Live Rewards account for prizes from the MyVIP Vault. After this date any unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be converted to Microsoft Rewards points and can be used to redeem rewards from the Microsoft Rewards catalog once your membership
    is transitioned. One MyVIP Gem will convert to one Microsoft Rewards point.
