Xbox Music Snapped Will Play one song in a playlist then stop

I have been calling and posting about this [Mod Removed] for 3 months and still have got no resolution or confirmation that this is being worked on. All I have been told is it is a recognized bug.

I called a week and a half ago and was told I would hear back by today. It's past lunch and have heard NOTHING. CALL ME.

OR BETTER YET ADD MUSIC IN THE BACKGROUND. Seriously the PS4 can do this, I'm increasingly tempted to trade in and get one of those!

XBox Music in Airplane Mode on Windows Phone

Using XBox Music App.

I have a playlist on my Windows Phone (lumia 1020).

I have the settings as:

Show Streaming Music In My Collection: OFF

Use Cellular Data: OFF

Under playlist settings:

Keep Playlist Offline: ON

When I have the cell signal turned on, playlists play normally for the most part.

My problem is when I turn the phone on airplane mode (I do this at work, as i work in a basement, and i don't have a cell signal or when traveling on an airplane)

What happens is one song will play, and then it stops. If i go into the playlist and choose another song, it will play fine and then stop at end of song. Why won't it continue to the next song? This doesn't make much sense. Replicating things identical
with my phone cell signal turned on (airplane mode off), the playlist plays from one song to the next.

 

Xbox Music Playlists on Xbox 360 limited to 100 songs

I have been using xbox music for a while and have created many playlists. Suddenly I can only access the first 100 songs in any playlist. For example, I created a playlist with 982 songs and was able to play it in its entirety for weeks. Now, even though
it still says there are 982 songs available, I can only see and play the first 100 I added to that playlist when I select the playlist and choose Show Songs. This goes for all of my playlists over 100 songs. If I create a new playlist, I can add up to
1000 songs to it, but only the first 100 appear when I choose Show Songs. When I play the playlist, it only plays the first 100 as well.

I have deleted the application data for Xbox music from my Xbox 360 hard drive but this has not solved the problem. Please provide a solution or I will be forced to cancel my xbox music pass.
