    Xbox Music Pass


    Microsoft is offering a 30 free trial for their Music Pass. On September 2, 2014, I signed up for the trial. I received a message from them confirming that. On September 3, 2014, my credit card was charged for the Music Pass. I got on a chat line and
    asked that the pass be cancelled and a refund be made to my credit card. She cancelled the Pass, but said she could not refund the money because it was free. When I pull up my Microsoft Billing Account it doesn't show, but it was XBOX Live that charged my
    account on September 3, 2014. I asked the representative for a phone number and was told she didn't have one. It is going to be a big hassle but I am going to get to the bottom of this. This is very poor service.

    Today Only - Xbox Music Pass On Sale - $31.41 (Usually $99)

    I went ahead and cancelled my Zune Music Pass and bought this Xbox Music Pass. Good find. They also gave me back $15 when I cancelled my Zune Music Pass so that basically paid for half of the Xbox Music Pass order lol.

    Yeah... Interesting that my Paypal got charged yesterday (9/10) of this year for Music Pass, when no one in the house who uses the 360 has even heard of this app, let alone signed up for the trial...

    Sounds like someone is trying to sneak charges by...

    To help us clarify the issue a little better, are you currently on a Zune Music Pass using the Xbox Music app, or are you subscribed to an Xbox Music Pass, specifically?

    Let us know. For the best performance with the Xbox Music app, an Xbox Music Pass is recommended.
