Xbox Music Pass Videos No Longer Play on 360 Display 0:00 Time; DO Play on Xbox One

I have two Xbox 360 and one Xbox ONE and use the same account/gamertag on all three. This has worked flawlessly up until last week when I launched the Xbox ONE Xbox Music app for the first time on the Xbox ONE.

Since then I can no longer watch music *VIDEOS* via Xbox Music on my 360's but can still watch them via Xbox Music on my Xbox ONE. Regular streaming music / radio (not videos) works on either console.

The music videos display 0:00 for their time. I have come across various articles about troubleshooting 0:00 from (1) adding additional security proofs to my profile, (2) manually removing the Xbox Music App and re-installing, (3) deleting my gamertag profile
from all my consoles and re-downloading.

None of these have worked.

To me, it appears as if I have been blocked from watching videos once I used the Xbox ONE Music Pass app. This is not ideal for my usage as the 360's are set up for music / video / entertaining.

Assistance is required as I'm out of options.

Xbox Music no longer plays videos/music

Hi,

I had to replace my original Elite due to the laser going out. I'm currently using one of my spare consoles. I transferred my licenses to the other console and hooked my original HDD on it. I have an Xbox Music pass and when I go to Xbox Music to either
watch music videos or play music it will not play anything. All it will display is 00:00/00:00 on every song or video. Prior to switching consoles everything worked perfectly. I even tried going to my storage and deleting any xbox music related saves and
still no fix. I'm at a loss on how to fix this and I'd like to get it working since I'm paying for the pass. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Xbox 360 Cannot Play Music from Store

Ever since setting up an Xbox Music Pass, I have been unable to actually play music on my Xbox 360. Like the poster

here, any song I try to play within the Xbox Music App on the 360 is listed at length 0:00/0:00; if I try to play an album or playlist, the entire set of songs is 0:00/0:00.

For what it's worth, my 360 is set up with the same Gamertag as my Windows Phone 8, and if I look at the account settings inside the Xbox Music App on the 360, it lists my proper account credentials, including a paid Music Pass subscription. However, if
I look at my Music Pass subscription via xbox.com, my Xbox is not listed as a device from which I've used my Music Pass. My Windows Phone 8 and desktop computer (running Windows 7 and accessing Music Pass via the deprecated Zune client) both are.

Things I've tried so far include:

1) Power-cycling my router and cable modem.

2) Deleting the Xbox Music + Video App on the 360.

3) Deleting and reinstalling Internet Explorer on the 360, a la the thread
here. Incidentally, "Share to Xbox" no longer even appears as an option on my phone while playing music; when it did, it always tried to load Internet Explorer on the Xbox, and then produced an error. Playing music from the store via the Music Pass from
the 360 has never worked in any case.

4) Deleting the system cache on the 360.

This is, as you can imagine, extremely frustrating -- I moved from Android to WP8 specifically so that I could stream music from an online source through the 360 in my living room, and this has never even come close to working.
