Exactly as it says on the title, Xbox Music Keeps requesting I create an account, when I already have one and refusing purchases on my windows phone. This has been an ongoing issue for a week now ever since OneDrive wont update, I have tried soft resetting
and hard resetting and even uninstalling, even though it wont let me. I can purchase normal Apps and Games but its only xbox music, I have had the same account for nearly 8 years and nothing has changed. Why now. I can purchase music on my tablet and laptop
but heaven forbid I buy it on my phone. Any help, other than brick my phone.

Xbox Music

My Profile, which uses the same Windows Live ID as my Zune account, will not sign into Xbox Music. It keeps asking me to purchase a subscription.... but I already have one.. that uses the same ID even. My Zune software on my PC when signed in displays
my name as my gamertag. It seems to know, but not the Xbox. Is there anyway to "force" Xbox music to sign in?

Gold Trial Redeem not working

My xbox one keeps refusing m xbox gold 2 day trial i got with titanfall, it says "you already have gold share this with a friend" but i dont have xbox live gold

Hey, I had the same problem. I purchased the 1 Year Xbox Music deal for 30 bucks from the Microsoft Store sale and I tried adding it to my account but I already had a subscription and couldn't add it. What I had to do was contact support and have them stop
automatic payment, then when my account expires I can redeem the card.

I did create a request on uservoice and the Xbox Music team already responded that they will look into it. You too can vote for it to be fixed by clicking here:

Hopefully this answers your concern! I hope they fix it to be like XBL where you can stack subs and add time.

No, my account was created long before even considering buying Minecraft and when trying to log in there (that is, to account the game was purchased on) i'm prompted to log in to Microsoft account which I do not have access to. I have already sent out a recovery request but it was unable to verify me as the original owner of that account.

I understand what methods are available to purchase Xbox Music. My question is WHY can I not use the money that is already in my MS account to pay for Xbox Music? Its not like money has to be pulled from a different company. This is money that is already
there for me to spend on Xbox so why can I not use it to purchase a month of Xbox Music?

Here is what I can share...

The initial playlist I created on Xbox synced on my 920. The title shows but only the songs have previously purchased on Zune show.

I created a new playlist on my phone and it did not sync to my Xbox nor did it sync with my surface.

I created a new list on my surface and it did not sync with the 920, but did with the xbox. but if that song is from my library, it will not play on the xbox... if it is a song I downloaded from xbox music on the surface it will play on the xbox.

I then downloaded some songs on the surface from the store, using my xbox music account...not purchased, and also not my own library, and they did sync with the Zune purchased songs that were already synced on my 920
