Xbox music/groove promotion.

I received an email for a flash sale promotion on 6/3 that said I had 3 days to renew my subscription for Xbox music and I would receive an additional 30 days for free. I renewed on 6/4 but never received information or credit to my account for the free
month. I need to know when that will be applied or to know if my account will be charged on the next billing date?

Did you take advantage of the Groove promotion through the Xbox One dashboard or via the Groove Music website you linked in your post? If it was through the website, you will want to reach out to
Groove Music Support as they are responsible for handling that specific promotion. If you purchased through the Xbox One dashboard, then you're in the right place.

Groove music pass 3 months free code not received

I activated the one month trial of groove music on the 27 of August, through what I think was called the "find your groove" promotion from xbox live rewards and was supposed to be emailed a code for an extra three months of groove music within a month but
I still haven't received a code, so any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Where did you sign-up for the Microsoft Groove promotion? Was it on the Xbox One dashboard, or was it through Groove's website or the Windows Store on Windows 10? If you signed-up on the Xbox One dashboard, you came to the right spot!
