I too have gotten the error code. From Friday to yesterday my phone would not play any music. Some songs did start playing yesterday, but not all. I can create a playlist on my desktop, and it does not show up at all or is incomplete. I sue this to teach
spin class and I am so angry and frustrated!! I spoke with Xbox, Windows, and Nokia and they all blame each other!! Music does play on the desktop and surface.

Sorry Freypal, I was not clear on the "downloading" part. By opening the Music app on my Surface, I was able to get access again to already paid for music. This was music I have had since the Zune days, but like others I could
not stream(30 second previews only) or download new music.

I would guess doing a hard reset depends on how fast your home internet connection is. For me, doing the hard reset was not that bad. But I would guess for others taking it to this level would be a long process. I was just sharing
something that worked for me. Plus, it was a solution I got from talking to official Support personnel on the Support Chat. I was just trying to save people from waiting around for a Support agent taking them through all the steps.

I hope this gets resolved for everyone, since we are all paying for this same service.

I didn't change anything but its working again this morning. Yay! Guessing it was fixed remotely. Woop.

I just got done chatting with Windows Phone support through this website. And this is what I was told to do to resolve the issue.

1. Go to settings on your phone, ensure you have Backup set up for your apps, settings, photos/videos, etc.

2. Go to About for your phone and do a full reset of your phone to factory settings. Make sure to recall the MS account you use on your phone.

3. Wait for phone to reset.

4. Make sure to connect to WiFi and enter the MS Account that is associated with your Music Pass.

5. When you can access the Music App again, go in and try to stream a full song.

This work for me on my Nokia 925 the first time. Today is the first time in months I have been able to use my Music Pass. Mainly, because of issues with it on WP8 and them taking the app of the Store. Then waiting for ATT to
push the WP 8.1 update to my phone. I hope this helps everyone that is having issues.

I thought I was the only one. I sent a tweet to Xbox support about this error code but they haven't responded in well over 17 hours. Works fine on my desktop and consoles but my windows phone Nokia Lumia 521. Any response from they would be appreciated.

Had a response from twitter ream who are going to look at it. They've asked for others to get un touch so if you guys can, please send @XboxSupport a tweet and let them know others are having the problem.
