Xbox Music error 805a0193, can stream any music

I checked my Xbox Music pass and everything is paid up and functional. I can use Xbox music on my home computer, stream, download just fine.

But on my Windows 8 phone, I get the error code 805a0193 and nothing plays. This just started up 2 days ago but yesterday and today nothing is streaming. I am paying to stream music, and at work this is pretty important to me. What happened and what do I
do to fix this. Thanks!

Xbox Music on Windows 8 PC error

I have an Xbox Music Pass subscription payed for via my W8 Phone (Lumia 920) and I can stream music on the phone and on my Xbox 360 without any problems.

But when I try to stream or download music via the Music App on my Windows 8 PC I get an error stating I have a problem with my network. The App has signed me in correct and I am online. No other app or program gives me a network error.

The error code is; 0xc101008e (0x800c0008)

When I check the settings on both the Music App and the general Xbox Account page it says I have no devices added to my Xbox Music Pass subscription. There is no option for adding a device or PC on neither the web page or in the Music App.

Please help me with this.

Wait a second, I was able to stream music from my Windows 8 computer. Using Metro music app, my issue is not with xBox however, but the fact that music app doesn't support many popular music file formats. Other than that, what it can play, I can stream to
xBox one end even control a playback from Smart Glass. it's not perfect, by any means, but it can be done.

 

I am also getting the same error and problem it started happening to me yesterday. I also noticed that trying to run the XBOX Video app it kept failing as well

 

I am also having the same issue. XBOX Music Pass works fine on my Desktop, Laptop, and Surface. Cloud services appear to be working on these devices also. My phone however keeps throwing the 805a0193 error "Sorry we can't play this song on your phone". I
tried to transfer the song to the phone with Windows Phone app but I get an error. Tried to download from the store and I get an error. Any help would be appreciated.

 

So we can't be the only 4 people (as of time of post) that are having this issue. Time to take the matter public to find out what's going on. I'm not much in the mood for resetting my phone again; this was the solution the last time I had this error.

 

I have the same issue on my phone only. And it just started about 2 days ago. This is quite ridiculous Microsoft.

Another PAYING member here, getting the same error. C'mon, Microsoft get your s*** together. While your at, fix your android app as well. Since kit kat 4.4 in April, your app totally fails.

 

Yes here too! I'm on T-Mobile on my Lumia 925 and can't stream any music on it but my surface Rt Xbox music works fine.

Another paid member here. Have gotten this message periodically since I got the phone, but since Aug 1st it has been on all of my music that I own "on the cloud". I can enter the store, but all songs show as "not available" so I cannot preview them. So
no purchased music and cannot purchase new. Sometimes if I try to go from my "collection" to the store the app crashes. However, from my computers, all works fine. This is some real quality product Microsoft is putting out. Starting to make me miss my
iPhone..

 

Having the same issue, started about 2 days ago. Just contacted Xbox support via Twitter, waiting on a response. I've found contacting them through Twitter is the fastest way to get a response. If we all complain via Twitter, they might work faster. It's

So glad its not just me! Works fine on my Xbox, surface etc....

 

Had a response from twitter ream who are going to look at it. They've asked for others to get un touch so if you guys can, please send @XboxSupport a tweet and let them know others are having the problem.
