    I guess the best way for me to put my question is, I have a Nokia lumia 521 and it runs windows 8, If I'm on xbox music and add an artists song to a playlist of mine, then I hit download (Not Purchase) so I can play it without using data. Say I play
    that song over a few days like 20 times while not connected to any internet. Then when I go back online does that 20 plays get logged to xbox music so that in the end the artist will get paid? Or do the artists get paid only if a user streams music while online
    and not for downloaded songs? I know that in google play all access and spotify has both told me that even when a user plays songs while in offline mode the data and plays are recorded and then when the user Is back online the plays are then sent in and then
    the artists is eventually paid for those plays. Thanks for all the help! I'm just a confused artist!

    On the Dashboard, go to the music tab and select XBOX Music. From there, select an artist or song and begin playing. Enjoy!

    Hi Rik. Unfortunately, there is no "New Releases" option on music.xbox.com. Really the only way to discover new artists is to find an artist you like, and then scroll down to the "Related Artists" section.

    What happened to xbox music?

    I agree. I had a huge music video collection with a lot of music artist that I grew up with. But when the system clicked over the videos won't play and the XBOX Music does not have music video capabilities. I hope that they fix these problems.

    Select Music limit?

    Hey gamer, no there is no limit on how many artists you can select.

    A few things;

    Sometimes for myself it will not load everything straight away and if I go back to the dashboard and then back to 'select music' it refreshes the list

    Check to see if there is an 'unknown artist' as this can catch you out

    Make sure your music is an audio file that the xbox 360 is able to pick up
