    Hello,

    I have the recently reinstalled the xbox music app on my phone (Lumia 920), however, it is no longer showing any of the music in my cloud collection, either artist, album, or playlist, but it does show the different radio stations I have. I have a music
    pass and I can see everything in my collection in a browser, on my PC, and in the app on my iPad, but not on my phone.

    I have the options for streaming on but every time I open the app is signs me in, says checking for updates and then nothing, a few minutes later it will check for updates again but never update my collection, when I look it only ever has one album that
    is on my phone, if I select streaming it shows nothing.

    I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it numerous times. I have performed a soft reset a number of times including after uninstalling it and before reinstalling it. If don't want to perform a hard reset because I don't like how Windows Phone backs-up
    and restores and my phone is never how I want it when I have done this in the past.

    The Music+Video app sort of work but my music is a complete mess with each song coming up as an album of its own and multiple copies of the same playlists.

    Are there any suggestions as to the next step? I really like Xbox Music as a service but am dumb founded that it works better on my iPad than my Windows Phone.

    Collection on phone 8.1 not synced with collection on cloud

    Hi, it's been two weeks that my phone (windows phone 8.1) is no syncing the streaming collection on cloud. When I downlad or delete something on my phone from xbox music I can't see those changes on my collection when I use the Windows 8.1 app. And vice
    versa. It's like that the phone app is not searching for changes in the cloud collection. I'll try to explain better with an example:

    I removed a 3 Doors Down song from my cloud collection using the Windows 8.1 app. When I go to my collection setted on "streaming only) on my phone, well, that song is still there. As the same way I downloaded an album of John Meyer with the phone app and I
    can't see it in my collection on cloud when I search for it using the app on Windows 8.1 or the web app music.xbox.com.

    It was working until 2 weeks ago. It's a little bit annoying because I have to do the same operations 2 times. what can I do? thank you.

    Hey Ricky!

    That certainly isn't typical behaviour. Have you tried this on multiple different networks on your phone? Also, if you make a playlist on your phone, does it sync to other devices using Xbox Music? Did all of this music come from Xbox Music or did you use
    Music Matching for any of it? It almost sounds like the metadata isn't being read properly on the Windows Phone.

    Let me know what happens!

    Thank you for your reply. I have tried the phone both on my home network and my carriers with no difference. I created a playlist on my phone and it synced straight away to my cloud collection on the web. The playlists and music in the web is a mix of matched
    music and Xbox Music but neither are showing on the phone. I have not encountered the same problem with the music app on my PC (Windows 8.1) it is seeing my local music but nothing from the cloud. The only things that seem to be working are the web player
    and the app on my iPad, even my Xbox One has stopped updating my collection.

    Updating Collection?

    Disable the cloud collection settings.

    It signs you in because the login information is the primary Microsoft Account on your phone.

    But then your cloud collection may fall out of date.

    Is the new Xbox Music app (that you would have had to download yourself from the Store within the past two days), or the Music and Videos Hub (that is pre-installed on any Windows Phone)?

    How do I remove music from my Xbox music cloud collection?

    I think the issue I was having was similar. When I went to play an album on my windows 8 phone, I would have two copies of each song, one from the cloud, and one local copy that I had synced to my phone from my computer. So any time I played an album,
    I would have to listen to each song twice unless I hand selected the songs I wanted to play. Turned out all I had to do to remedy that was to go into the xbox music app settings on my phone and there is an option to turn off xbox music cloud collection. Once
    turned off, the only songs that will show in your library are the local copies you have synced to your phone.

    On your Windows phone 8, when you first select the xbox music app, scroll over to the "xbox" section, and you should get the 3 dots in the bottom right corner of your screen. When you select the 3 dots to display more options, one of the options is "settings".
    When you select settings there is an option to turn xbox music cloud collection "on" or "off"

    That is the app I'm using and that I'm having the issue with. I understand that it would get my collection to my computer and I'm doing that. Again, the problem is that the "Save to my PC" option in the Windows Phone App for Windows 8 does not synchronize
