XBox Music App Crashes and Won't Sync Music Across Devices

Hi,

I realize this isn't the appropriate place for this question, but with no technical issues forum for this app specifically I am at a loss as to where to post this to begin with. Please move if needed to a more appropriate forum.

I have had no problems with this app until the last two or three months. It previously synced all music across apps with no issue despite some of the more eclectic and odd tastes I have for music. I recently uploaded a set of ~150 albums I had downloaded
through various music labels I get demo's from on a monthly basis and have had the following issues since:

- Music app will be playing consistently and fine. Sound will begin to "crackle" for a few moments. Music app will crash soon after. There is no apparent link to the recently added files as this will happen to older files I have previously synced. These
include both local music files and synced music files.

- Music app will not sync any new albums added. Of the 150 albums I recently loaded the only device that detects them is the device I have them directly linked to the hard drive where they are stored. Many appear to be registered with the Music app as the
local app will display the image of the album cover, but none will sync to other devices, even if a manual sync is performed.

I do have a large collection of music. There are 3500+ artists, many with 10+ albums, for a total of 250GB+ of music attempting to be synced and organized while being played. I could very well see this pushing the limit of the app, but given it has worked
so well previously I am surprised this would suddenly pop-up in the last few months when I had 0 issues before. Any suggestions are welcome. I have uninstalled and re-added all music to all devices with no resolution to the two problems indicated above.

XBOX Music Does Not Sync Across Devices

For whatever reason I am not able to get XBOX Music content to actually show up across my devices: Surface RT and desktop with Win 8 Pro. I get an error message on the desktop and Surface that says the following:

"Can't sync right now. We can't sync with XBOX Music Cloud right now. Until we do, changes you make here won't show up on other devices and changes on those devices won't show up here. We'll keep trying."

Error code: 1010190

I've had this problem for well over a week now. I've called XBOX Support and posted to answers.microsoft.com and no one is able to figure this out.

To have your music sync across your devices, the correct settings must be enabled. On your PC, launch Xbox Music, and go to Settings, then Preferences. Under Xbox Music Cloud, make sure both options are set to ON.

This should get your Xbox Music library synced up between your PC and WP8.
