Xbox Music and Video stuck in update loop.

When I start either Xbox Video or Xbox Music, the app tells me I need to update, it downloads the update, launches the app again, tells me I need to update again and this just keeps happening until i cancel the update and am returned to the home screen.
I've tried restarting my Xbox, same result.

Xbox One Constantly Resets

it starts up at the applying update screen and my xbox restarts back to the applying update screen. Its basically stuck in a loop

Xbox One Automatic Annoying Updates

You might have an update stuck in a loop that never downloads so it prompts you constantly. I would see if there is a way to manually force it to update.

Have you tried deleting the app, clearing the cache and redownloading them again?

No error message, the video player opens on the page, and the loading loop arrow on the video player just loops and loops never playing the video.

It used to work before the last update to Edge.

Is there any other fix besides the offline system update because these updates are literally making my xbox one usable im stuck in a loop are there any other fixes?

Thanks for the reply.

I have tried that and unfortunately it doesn't work. The xbox jo longer shows on the insider hub as it's been unenrolled. Still stuck in update loop. It's applying the update and stuck on 53%. The OS at the bottom of the screen is showing a dev build
