xbox multiplayer server connectivity blocked on windows 11

So this problem still exists in the new windows 11 after the official release, except that there is no way to fix it. I head over to the settings option to see if there is a networking option for Xbox just like in windows 10. But I couldn't find it. I head over to the Xbox companion and see that toredo is unable to qualify and the server connection is blocked which means that I can't play online at all. In windows 10, we would get a button that says "fix it" in the settings when searched in the start menu which if pressed, would usually fix the issue. Windows 11 does not have it and I've tried the usual methods displayed by the Xbox support and it still doesn't work. Please help me out, I'm losing my mind here

Toredo is not actually the main problem. On windows 10, after pressing fix now, I would still get the ‘toredo is unable to qualify’. But the server connectivity would be fixed which would let me play with my friends. Toredo is not the problem.

Also for further clarification, and I apologize as I should of asked this earlier.

Which game are you attempting to play? And is it affecting multiple games or just one specific title?

Sorry to hear about your frustration with the Teredo issues on Windows 11. I will be looking into this a bit further and seeing where we can go to get a full resolution for this. I know the Teredo reset issue has been around awhile and we have it as an active item being looked at.

One thing I know that has helped out some customers in the past months is with some routers. I've recently seen that some routers have a built in Teredo filter, usually identified by the router stating it blocks Teredo packets. Of course everyone's home network situation is a bit different, so I would recommend for right now to check if your Router has this feature and try disabling it to resolve your issue. Be advised that the built in IPv6 Firewall this is related to protects against unwanted Teredo connections and should only be disabled if it is an absolute requirement for said devices.

The other side of this issue, is that Windows 11 is still so new. We attempt to capture all required features and items that a customer might need when we go through an upgrade of this size. I would recommend to please submit a bug via the Windows Feedback app. Using this tool will perform several log collections and helpful data for our development team if done right after a bug occurs. You can access the Windows feedback app by pressing the Windows + F keys.

Once you have submitted the bug, please come back here and let me know the bug number that the Feedback app generates and the bug title. I will send our dev lead that information and he will designate the development team to look at the issue personally.
