Xbox monthly Quests

Since the forums have changed I cant located my initial 3 posts, one from 2 months ago one from 3 months ago and one from 5 months ago about not receiving my reward for a month and no staff have commented or responded to any of them, it was for one of
the months between January and May.

November quests should come mid-December. Chances are, you haven't done them. I'm not sure though, I believe Microsoft has mentioned that it could take 2-4 weeks for mystery prizes.

I wish they would let us know when we have completed any part of the quest. I like to know the progress and that it is registering.

 

same here, it's hilarious how questions/issues have been addressed today and yesterday that aren't even important. But questions like these get ignored.

I made a thread speaking on not getting my reward before they updated this site. Then I made another thread that same day. Now when i check my profile it only shows my second thread. All my other threads from months ago are also gone.

 

I did a search and was unable to find them either. Do you have any notification e-mails from when you first posted or started the thread?

With the new forum being created, I find it hard to complete any quest. I believe it's due to the new forum not meeting the requirements asked of the mission. which saids help others in the forum under support and discussion... but those no longer exist.
So how can it be tracked.... No one knows thus far. I don't believe there was any preparations with this new change implemented.

The only way to have a chance of getting to the next tier is to helps as much as possible anywhere you can lol

lol that site is a joke. There's no actual category for this topic. Somebody will talk with you, tell you they don't handle this issue, then contact somebody from support, then they will tell you to post here under "SALES & PROMOTION". Do you guys know this?
Because if you did you wouldn't keep posting that usless link lol.

And how did you get that ambassador title? I been here for years helping people and getting up votes. I want to look cool too..... .. .

Ambassadors don't know everything that goes on, you could have just said i have contacted them before via that link and they have said post in the sales and promotion thread minus condescending matter.

I contacted support 3 times regarding the issue and all they ever say is to come post on this forums, but if there are no admin/mods actually working the forums then it will never get resolved, because calling them or tweeting them or live chatting with
them wont resolve it they say only posting here will have the chance to fix it...

 

No because staff never responded to a single post, and notify me when someone responds not working properly either so I dont receive an email

 

so did you receive a mystery prize yet? Can you get in contact with whoever is in charge of the quest program?

That's why I always say, I like you ambassadors, as you are just helping volunteering. It is the Microsoft and Xbox staff deserve for the sarcasm or even the condemning.

If everything goes well and customers are satisfactory, why would they be sarcastic? Microsoft and Xbox sales and promotion staff, you suck as always. Shame on you all.

the condescending message was aimed at me, i wish people was less condescending and more understanding. we don't need people like that on these forums, that's why the message was removed because it doesn't help anyone to be that way.
