Xbox Monthly Free Games and Microsoft Store

I know that Xbox does 2 free games a month for gold members,will they also be available on the Microsoft store for free to?

Games with gold from different store

Helo,

My question is when an xbox live free monthly game replaced for example in japan or germany for a different one, I could download them from the different store if I change the region at the microsoft store, but I don't know exactly that is legal? So if I download
December's first free game (Warhammer end times) and Cobalt from the japanese store, should I worry about being banned? I not downloaded Cobalt yet, because I don't want to risk my xbox live gold membership.

I think the only games that you have to have Live Gold are the monthly free Games with Gold games. When I go on the Xbox store and look at those games it says that I can play the game free for now or I can purchase a copy to own forever.

The monthly fee is kind of a dumb idea for a console. We are already paying for Xbox live and I don't understand why they would require a monthly fee to play. This game should be loaded on the Xbox servers that I believe Microsoft lends out for free to these
development companies. The game should be $60 and free to play like any other game and have expansion packs like other games that you can buy to keep playing. Just because its a mmo game does not mean it should be required to charge monthly.

Microsoft gets the money from our Live subscriptions and a MMO isn't going to be run on their servers. The monthly fee pays for the servers, content patches, employees and the GM's that ( in theory ) keep the game running smoothly.

This is the problem with taking a MMO to the console, console gamers are looking at this as a "normal" game which it's not.
