xbox money not showing up?

    xbox money not showing up?


    I'm really confused, I bought a digital xbox gift card($20) on the 26th of February off of gamestops online store and immediately redeemed it on here and I just now got back to my house where I could hook up my xbox and now it's not showing that I have any
    money to spend.

    I have not spent a single penny since I redeemed my code, I just honestly would like to know why I can't find it anywhere on this site?

    Please and thank you!

    Any help is much appreciated, I hope this all makes sense to someone.

    Can you check commerce.Microsoft.com to see if the balance is there

    Also did you buy the code from out of rrgion

    Like a us code but Canada account or Mexican?

    If so that would be why currency codes are region specific

    And cannot be transfered between regions

    If you are talking about using it on the website you can't you have to use your console to spend the money

    Only PayPal or credit cards can be used on the website

    I fixed the problem now, Thank you! I just don't understand why it took the code online if you have to put it in through your xbox.

    Thanks for your help. It took a while for the funds to show up in the game but they did after a while.

    Try to purchase it under the store tab and not under that game.

    If you are talking about using it on the website you can't you have to use your console to spend the money

    Only PayPal or credit cards can be used on the website

    My microsoft account show the money is under his name. When he is given payment options it says he has no money in his microsoft account.
