    My Xbox code isn't working, when i put in the code to redeem it, it says that it needs to be activated, but the receipt says that it is activated, is there anything to fix this?

    As Xbox codes are 25 characters, that code is definitely not an Xbox code. What 3rd party was the code purchased from? Can you contact them about it?
