Xbox Modern Warfare 1T Edition POS!!!!

I've been an Xbox customer for 10 years + i saved up for months to purchase this special model and what do i get after a few months???an Xbox that eats and destroys my disc. Yea your replacing my disc and giving me a months of Xbox live. Its been almost
2 weeks my Xbox is fixed sitting on your loading docks to send out when it best convenient' you and cost effective. Must be nice to be a billion dollar corporation and tell people its cheaper to wait for more broken Xbox's before we send yours back. Seriously
this company has made me think twice about loyalty and the what it means to make the most loyal customers really question why do i spend my hard earned money on this hardware that's just gonna disappoint me. So when i finally get my xbox back guess what i
gotta spend the next couple days downloading all my games and profile again. thanks microsoft for making my life harder. Appreciate it !!!!!!!!!!! Really i do. I Feel like a valued customer .

I guess it could be worse, I hear about people who experience this problem a few days after their warranty expiring... which would really suck. At least you caught it early
