    Hi so I am completely confused I was playing starfield quite happily and for no reason my game stopped and closed saying this cannot be played as you need to be online I spent hours looking what is wrong to discover my account for some reason has been banned I logged in my online acoount checked enforcement actions and it says my account is permanently banded !!! There has been no explanation as to why and I am very upset about his this is been handled I want to lunch a formal complaint and speak to a acual Xbox support member or enforcement member as I have no clue at all why my account would be banned and it does don’t give any details as to why either ! I have been playing Xbox for over 12 years never got any action taken against me I never act in a toxic manner or have sent any abusive messages or modified my Xbox or account in anyway whatsoever I am not happy with the support available I have spent lots of money on my account and have lots of progression in multiple games and own lots of digital games and I want to resolve the issue whatever it is as I have no clue at all what the issue might be I am unable to use web chat as the account is apparently banned and I want to know why and Appeal this officially I need to be in contact with enforcement team or support team that will be able to help I don’t want generic responses I want to find out the issue and fix my account as I know there is nothing that should result in my account being banned.

    we need better developers to contain this utter mess of a forum than anything else...the g-damn thing was broken for a year. who cares about anything else when the forum itself doesn't even work...I'm shocked,
    utterly shocked that i've been able to consistently post for the last couple of months in this god-awful forum. what an abysmal embarrassment...how many people have been chased away to other forums i wonder...? this place used to be thriving.

    OP, please become a dev. remember what the big boss said, developers, developers, developers, developers.

    I think if they truly won't accept people who ask they're fools. You can't just rely on picking people at random who don't even show any interest. They should be able to tell the difference between someone who wants to help from someone who wants to abuse
    it.
