Xbox mobile preview app IOS : clubs loading slowly

I noticed that sometimes it takes a long time to load your clubs when you try to load them from the IOS mobile app, I sometimes have to load it many times before I can actually get to my clubs.

Is anyone else seeing this issue ?

Xbox.com Messages just spinning

Right now, loading it up with Edge and Firefox on my Windows 10 PC is normal. The Xbox app, however, is stuck with a spinning icon while it endlessly tries to load my messages.

Trying open it with Safari (with macOS) and Mobile Safari (on iOS) right now is greyed out with the spinning icon like you. The Xbox app on iOS, however, loads messages just fine.

Really have no clue what factors are causing this. What a strange, inverse scenario I'm experiencing here...

Can we have an app for this site? Xbox Forum.

Considering the beautiful look of this site on edge and how most of us visit and get help from here, any chance of getting an app on Windows 10 PC/Mobile, iOS and Android to make life more easier. I like it on edge on mobile but hate the navigations and
loading.

Will be very grateful if this could be met, thanks.

That's a weird one and we've not seen many reports on that type of issue either. Are you using an iOS beta build on your phone? What about the connection, are you using WiFi or a 3G/4G connection? Do you see a similar issue on the Xbox App for Windows 10
or on the Dashboard? About how long ago would you say that you noticed the issue?

Is this on the mobile app on iOS, or console?

To access Xbox Clubs on the new Xbox App, you need to follow these steps:

1. Open the Xbox App on your PC or Mobile device.

2. Click on the "Social" tab at the bottom of the screen.

3. Click on "Clubs" at the top of the screen.

4. Here, you will see a list of all the Clubs you are a member of. You can also search for new Clubs to join.

This doesn't work because the Xbox App on Pc has no Social Tab anywhere. The new Xbox App for PC basically is really only useful if you use Gamepass. It lacks many features the Xbox Companion App had. Clubs are no where to be found on it. As for the Mobile App, Same thing. The Social tab has no clubs anywhere. Thanks for the response though...

Hello Polo,

We understand that you're experiencing an issue involving club photos not loading when checking them through the club feed on your Xbox One console.

Is this occurring on the console only, or has this occurred through the Xbox website or maybe even the Xbox App on IOS/Android or PC?

If this only occurs on the console, as the clubs has to connect entirely to our Xbox Live services, the network status may be a very strong lead to the occurrence.

Clarify the information for us so that we may further investigate this.
