Xbox Mobile Console that would compete with PS Vita!

I am a die hard Xbox fan; however, the PS Vita is a definite advantage for PlayStation. I would love an Xbox device that could compete with PlayStation's Vita and have ability to sync with you console and use it in interactive ways.

Play anywhere is going to good, but it would still be nice to have a dedicated device for your "on the go" gaming.

    :)

    Microsoft's Handheld System

I think it's too late for Microsoft to enter handheld market, they have no experience with handhelds and it's already dominated by mobile gaming, 3Ds and the Ps Vita btw the Ps Vita does still does have hope, it's just that Sony's being lazy, not reducing
the memory card prices, needs more games and it's not advertised well enough, the system has so much potential especially with it's unique features but Sony doesn't bother making games that would use those feature, plus Sony didn't barely mention anything
about the Ps Vita in E3, even the Sega Game Gear was more successful than the Vita.

  3. Xbox one to launch in china in July.

This is because mobile gaming is now the "thing" in Japan. Mobile is big and 3DS sales there show it's the mobile market Sony need to attract. But the PS Vita is...meh.

    Wii U type gamepad for X-BOX 1...

There's a lot of logic here.

The Xbox One has WifiDirect, which is much stronger than Bluetooth. Close range connections would be akin to playing the actual console, the latency would be so low, and it would be capable of "remote play" without wifi, up to about 1080p 30fps or 720p 60fps.

If you should have wifi, tone down the game to 720p 30fps, render it out of the console, and bam! It's ready to run on a mobile device miles from the console, doing a PS-Vita style remote play. Indeed, bad connections could reduce the game to as little as
480p 25fps to conserve bandwidth. If the game video was unable to be downloaded at 480p 25fps, I think you could draw the line of "unplayable" there.

Indeed, you could run the whole console directly to the device including the home screen, which would be a big advantage over Vita.

Give it WifiDirect, a strong and priority-focused Wifi port, and you don't even need any hardware in it past what is required to render video. However, to sell it standalone, give it 4GB of RAM, a capable mobile CPU and a GPU about as capable as Wii U's.
This will make it the premier mobile gaming device, able to render full scale games standalone at 720p 30fps, like Call of Duty, Watch Dogs, and Halo. The standalone Vita would be unable to compete, indeed even coupled with the PS4 it would not have as many
    features.
