Xbox Mobile App parties won't connect

To connect your mobile device to party chats on Xbox Live, you can use the Xbox app on your mobile device. Here are the steps to follow:

1. Download and install the Xbox app on your mobile device.

2. Sign in to your Xbox Live account on the app.

3. Tap on the "Parties" tab at the bottom of the screen.

4. Tap on the party you want to join.

5. Tap on the "Join Party" button.

6. Once you're in the party, you can use your mobile device as a source of communication.

Thank you for that quick response, have you been able to see if you all are able to join each others party if you do this through the Xbox app on a mobile device or on a Windows 10 pc?

If you try and connect through a mobile device just make sure that you are not connected to the same network, simply turn off your wireless connection on the phone and then try and do it through your mobile network. See if this makes any difference in connecting
within a party.

I believe they can use the xbox mobile app to be in a party chat.
