Xbox Mobile App on Kindle Fire HD 8

Running on ARRIS NVG599 the app the devices are all laggy Mess I've done all the device and network optimization but I'm still getting same laggy screen tear network dropping poor results
The controller on blue tooth an Elite series 2 console Xbox series X and Latest as of December 12th 2020 xbox app. all the settings are none consumer changeable wifi 2.4 ? 5ghz auto depending what app ask for I have apps that require 2.4 some apps variable 2.4
5.0 ghz depending on lan conditions The NVG599 AT&T Uverse is having lots of issues with xbox Live this gen.
