    To Xbox team

    I have just found out that i have been on an auto subscription for Xbox music and been paying £8.99 a month since May 2012.

    I do not even se this application nor want to i would like it investigating and refunded .

    Also you need to sort out your support team why are there different departments for my account i have just been on the phone and they cant accesses xbox music.

    You must super rich pal or living of your parents because where I come no one can afford to more then one console ,think of all the bills , you have to pay nowdays ,let me see their tv bill, house bill, often their mortgage or rent bill, tv license , water bill, gas bill, phone bill, internet bill, and now you want add gaming bill for the network on top of them and other thing Xbox one may hAve exclusives but you play previous games in the past on the Xbox or Xbox 360 you can't play them by disc mode only by buying them through dlc and same goes for ps4 for previous playstation consoles , at least wii u network is free and backward play for wii games but other are dlc, electric bill and maybe more bills to pay

    If you had signed up for a preview back in 2012 the app will have set up a recurring billing period for you unless you cancelled it.

    If you want an investigation done you'll need to contact phone support as this is a billing issue that only they can handle.

    I have rang customer services they told me I had to go through customer support on the PM under xbox music every time I try this I just get an error message ..

    I would like the complaints department e-mail address as I can not find this anywhere even through google its like you don't want anyone to put a complaint in.

    I'm sorry but you were misinformed. According to the link I'm posting below, if you have issues cancelling you are to call Xbox Support. Also, as this does seem to be a billing issue for you, you still need to call Xbox Support.

    do you know of a an contact email for a complaints department ..??

    I have already cancelled the music pass as soon as I sar it its the mater of me paying £8.99 a month for 26 months to something I was unaware if I get know where with xbox, I will put it to a small clames department and court !
