Xbox MisLeading promotion

On the Xbox store on Microsoft, it says that All of the founders packs will be 50 percent off until October 31, but on the patch notes on the company’s site that made the game said that the promotion ends at an extended date until November 6th.
The Xbox store is misleading and i decided to buy it after this month and it expires. Is this an error

Xbox live 15$ for 1 year subscription didn't every get the code?

even if i went through the promotion and it said redeem code don't you think that is misleading?

 

i pre ordered 3 games but i never got my third games to be registered in my punchcard

Terms and conditions for promotions can be found on the program's FAQ page which did state that the purchases had to be made on or after October 1.

Most likely it's different promotions. It may be for different platforms, specific retailers, etc.

 

Its the same promotion because it has the same price and it links you to the microsoft store when you try to buy it. It says on the site that all of the consoles are supposed to have the promotion sale until November 6th and the microsoft store has it
to October 31st.

Sorry for the frustration with the Promotion. I looked on the website from Epic games, and when I go to purchase it takes directly to Microsoft store which says 7 days left. I do see how it says November 6th in the V6.20 patch notes. Being that it directs
you to the Microsoft store though, maybe Epic hasn't updated it to Microsoft. You can message on the

Fortnite forums see if can get an answer there. Maybe the sale is one week on Xbox and another week on Playstation and other platforms.

Paul from the Xbox Forums Team here to assist, it would seem that there is an issue with the ending time frame on a Promotion for the sale on fortnite founders pack. I was able to locate some information I believe may be beneficial in answering your question.
Here is a link to our Microsoft store page for that specific item stating the item is

50% off for the next 7 days. As well it would seem that there is a
Service Alert going on that may be causing the confusion. I hope this information helps answer your question.

I contacted epic and they said “That can be a mistake on the Microsoft side, you would need to ask them why they have it until 31 as I'm not in a position to tell you exactly why it says until October 31.”

 

Im trying to get it but i wont have it till and before November 6th so extend it if you guys can

 

Dantes inferno was in shocktober offer till 31st page on the 24th and was removed on 25th. Was £4.94. Now back to £14.99 very misleading promotions
