    "XBOX, Minimize Snap"


    A handy function for snap would be the ability to minimize it and have it still play in the background while the main screen goes full screen. You could list to Pandora, no problem. Listen to live TV or YouTube, no problem. There is no reason for snap to
    take up that much space. Another nice feature would be to have snap transparent over the main screen. It's frustrating to have this idea in my head and its still not a reality. This is a no brainer, and I can't believe it was never added. You guys need any
    lead designer positions that need filling? LoL

    "Xbox Snap" Got me Killed

    PenitusOculatus,

    When you say "Xbox, Snap" the focus changes from the main app to the snapped app and this is what your controller is controlling. To quickly swap back you can double-tap the Xbox Guide button or say "Xbox, Switch". Hope this helps for the next time.

    People been griping about this since the Xbox One came out. I do not understand why you can do this on PS4 but not on Xbox One. That and the fact that you cannot listen to SiriusXM on Xbox One. It is my number one complaint as far as Xbox One goes.

    People been griping about this since the Xbox One came out. I do not understand why you can do this on PS4 but not on Xbox One. That and the fact that you cannot listen to SiriusXM on Xbox One. It is my number one complaint as far as Xbox One goes.

    Simple question about Media player preview

    By now the media player app does not support snap mode and also stops playing when minimized. 'Til now it's just a preview of the app so hopefully these features will be added in the final release.

    Same problem here! It worked great literally hours before the update. I've noticed that it will play normally if you snap it while using an app like Achievements, but as soon as you switch to playing a game it freezes. It will also unfreeze if you push the
    home button and minimize it to the tile. As soon as you click it it freezes again. It's clearly a coding problem. They need to fix this ASAP!

    Hi,

    Thank you for your reply. My computer has 32 gigs of RAM, my network connection is stable, and my Windows 10 is up to date. I don't think the problem is from any of these because my friend is also having the same problem. The problem is when a game is opened
    and then I minimize it, it disconnects from the server. It doesn't matter if a program is running in the background or if I am going to open it. Everything runs perfectly, but only until I minimize it. I think the problem is the Xbox (beta) app.

    Would you please consider checking the Xbox (beta) Windows app?
